“The Indiana Music Educators Association hosts its professional development convention in Indianapolis during January every year. This year over 13,000 music teachers, clinicians, students, parents, and guests participated in the IMEA Convention. There were over 100 clinics, sessions and performances offered to the attendees. The set up for musical groups varies in every room and it is a huge job to make it all fall together perfectly. The ICCRD staff and crew were outstanding in every aspect. Our sales representative helped guide me to the purchase of rooms that would benefit our sessions. Our event manager was phenomenal in dealing with every set up prior to the convention and during the convention it seemed he was available 24 hours a day! “Since IUPUI graduated its first class in 1970, all but three of the IUPUI Commencement ceremonies have been held in the Indiana Convention Center & RCA Dome.
