GETTING TICKETS

Tickets for most public events costing over $5 per ticket are available in advance at our Ticket Office or online through TicketMaster. However, some events only offer tickets for purchase at the door. If you are unsure whether tickets are available for advance purchase, call the Ticket Office at 317 262-3389.

Some in-house public events, too, may offer tickets through our Ticket Office. Consult the event sponsor for detailed information on obtaining tickets. For more information on our Ticket Office, please see also the following frequently asked questions:

Where is the Ticket Office Located?

The main Ticket Office is located on the Southeast corner of LOS along Capitol Avenue. It includes twenty-eight (28) exterior windows, three (3) interior windows, and an electronic message board above the ticket windows. An auxiliary ticket office, open on certain event days only, is located adjacent to the team store on the Northeast side of LOS. Three (3) satellite ticket offices and a portable ticket office are located in the Indiana Convention Center for events requiring a ticket office. Where can I park when getting tickets at the main Ticket Office?

On non-event days, parking is available at the Gate #6 and Gate #7 entrances on Capitol Avenue. See map.

What type of payments does the Ticket Office accept?

For most events, the Ticket Office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express. Checks or money orders, made out to the Lucas Oil Stadium Ticket Office, are accepted only through the mail and up to three weeks prior to the event. The Indianapolis Colts do not accept checks as a method of payment. The Ticket Office generally only accepts cash as a method of payment for events that are sold at the door only on the day of the event; however, there are exceptions to this rule. Check the event details to see what method of payment will be required. Signs in or above the windows will indicate what type payment is accepted at that window.

Does the Ticket Office accept phone or Internet orders?

Most events do accept phone and Internet orders. However, the orders are taken through TicketMaster. You may reach Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000 or by going to their website at www.ticketmaster.com.

What are the Ticket Office hours?

The Ticket Office regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The Ticket Office adjusts its hours on event days and is open as the event warrants.
