Signs and Banners

We are happy to work with you to provide exhibitor booth sign hanging services! Please note that the below listed prices and guidelines apply only when ICCLOS is directly managing the exhibitor sign hanging. All prices include installation and striking – no surprises!

• Simple sign hanging (for signs under 20 feet and 200 pounds, no power required, and square, circle, rectangle or triangle in shape): $660
• Saturday/Sunday surcharge: $160 per weekend day
• Extra labor hour: $270 (you will be notified and provided with a quote in advance if we anticipate extra labor hours will be required)
• Overhead sign power with special placement charge (lighted signs or spinners): $360 (includes power charge)

In the online ordering section, select “Custom Sign” if your order meets one or more of the following criteria:

• Multiple signs
• Have any measurement greater than 20′ 
• Weigh more than 200 lbs
• Use PAR/booth lighting
• Shape other than square, circle, rectangle or triangle

If you have a custom sign order, you will be contacted with an estimate and required deposit amount.
