WEDDINGS – 500 Ballroom and Reception Room

The Indiana Convention Center is proud to offer the iconic 500 Ballroom for your special day celebration.  We offer an easy to understand, flat daily rate for weddings and wedding receptions and we look forward to checking availability for you.

Total flat rate price for room rental: $3,900.00

The following features are included in the flat rate price:

• One (1) Wireless microphone
• Up to four (4) head tables and staging to accommodate
• 4 Hours of Sound and Light Labor

Food and beverage must be ordered from the Wedding Menu. A food and beverage minimum will apply.

Weddings can be booked within 12 months of your special date.
