Exhibit Hall And Meeting Room Shipments
In order to make deliveries to the Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium (ICCLOS) for show move-in days, shipments must be sent to the show decorator/general service contractor at the correct dock:
- Indiana Convention Center: 5 South Missouri Street (west side)
- Lucas Oil Stadium: Missouri Street dock (Gate 4 on the west side of the stadium)
In order to complete your delivery, you must know the name of the decorator/general service contractor to whom you are delivering and contact the decorator/general service contractor for delivery instructions. Please note that shipments SHOULD NOT be scheduled for delivery prior to the date the decorator and/or show is on site at the ICCLOS. If shipments are delivered early, they are subject to being refused.
For liability reasons, the ICCLOS will refuse shipments not delivered to the correct location.
Small Packages:
The RICOH Business Center inside the Indiana Convention Center will accept packages that are:
- non-freight
- non-pallet
- non-skid
- 149 pounds or less
- shipped via UPS or FedEx
- shipped via USPS but must be addressed to c/o Ricoh Business Center with show info/contact name included on the next line
Please note that packages shipped via methods other than UPS, FedEx or USPS could be subject to mis-delivery.
For international shipments, please note that we DO NOT give out EINs. Please contact your show decorator for this information.
