IMPORTANT NOTE:  For those attending events at the Indiana Convention Center and/or Lucas Oil Stadium between October 27, 2025 and March 14, 2026, please note that Capitol Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic between Louisiana and South Streets during that span of time. The sidewalk and Cultural Trail on the west side of Capitol will remain open.

From Maryland to Louisiana Street (just north of the section that will be closed), Capitol Avenue will be two-way so that cars parked in the Plaza Park garage or exiting St. John Church can exit travelling north.  For detour information or to view a map of the affected area, click here.
